They are engineered for durability, offering excellent fade resistance to ensure colors and details remain vibrant over the long term. The flexible, leather-alternative material contours seamlessly to any hat style.

Every patch is backed with reliable, premium adhesive, ensuring quick and secure attachment to any fabric. These badges are the perfect medium for intricate logos, bright team names, or complex custom artwork.

🚀 Production Speed

Orders have a 5-day production lead time before shipping.

How to Order Your Custom Patches

  1. Determine Size: Select the total surface area in square inches by multiplying the desired length by the width (e.g., 2'' Tall x 1.5'' Wide} = 3 Square Inches.
  2. Upload Artwork: Submit your image file with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI in one of the following formats: .PDF, .AI, .PNG, .JPEG, or .JPG.
  3. Provide Notes: Include any necessary details for the production team, such as the exact patch dimensions.
  4. Complete Purchase: Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Important Artwork Submission Note

Your uploaded artwork must be in ready-to-print condition. This includes defining the exact patch shape, any necessary cut lines, and adequate bleed for printing.
