Our Custom Hat Patch Guarantee

We use a superior, heat-activated adhesive and professional-grade heat presses to ensure that your custom patch remains securely attached to your hat for its lifetime. We are so confident in our process that we offer a full guarantee against patch failure under normal use.

Our Promise to You:

  • Durability Guarantee: Our patches are engineered to withstand daily wear and tear. If your patch adhesive fails for any reason, we will make it right.
  • 100% Satisfaction: If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your custom patch, simply reach out to us. We will either replace your patch free of charge or offer a full refund.

Please note that this guarantee applies only to patches that have been applied by our team at Fortis Outfitters not for individuals who wish to press their own patch. We cannot control the application method or outcome
