Thank you for choosing Fortis Outfitters. We strive to deliver your custom products quickly and safely.


1. Processing Time

Processing time depends on the product:

  • Custom apparel, hats, engraving: 5–10 business days
  • Non-custom items: 2–4 business days
  • High-volume orders: May require additional time (we will contact you)

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $299.99
  • Standard and expedited shipping options available

3. Delivery Estimates

Domestic U.S. shipping typically takes:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipment costs.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Fortis Outfitters is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier or weather-related delays

If your order arrives damaged, please email photos within 48 hours to:

7. International Shipping

International shipping availability varies by destination. Customers are responsible for all duties, VAT, and import taxes.


8. Shipping for Custom Orders

Custom orders may require additional processing time due to:

  • Artwork complexity
  • Material availability
  • Large quantity orders

We will notify you of any delays.


9. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
